IBM has introduced ‘IBM Plex’, a new bespoke corporate typeface that can be adapted for product design and editorial purposes.
The ‘IBM Plex’ family consists of sans serif, monospace, and serif versions designed to look modernly legible “across all experiences.”
Because of the typeface’s versatility, it might be a little tricky to figure out the right look for your project or brand. IBM has thus included a well-detailed style guide that offers tips on optimizing the type for your needs, as well as recommendations for editorial and product experiences.
Check out a couple of examples that show how ‘IBM Plex’ can be used and get it for free.
